Announcement of Winn Enterprise, LLC. Master Franchise of Coldwell Banker^® Vietnam, entering a Joint Venture Partnership Agreement with Asia E-Business Solutions, LTD Singapore

SARATOGA, CALIFORNIA USA (June 25, 2008) – Winn Enterprise, LLC (WINN) is pleased to announce that it has entering a joint venture partnership agreement with Asia E-Business Solutions, LTD (AES) of Singapore for the development of two fully integrated, state-of-the-art commercial software database systems - Commercial Building Management System (CBMS) and Shopping Center Management System (SCMS). 

Both database systems, CBMS and SCMS will be offered exclusively by Coldwell Banker Vietnam to service the needs and requirement for Commercial Real Estate Property & Assets Management in Vietnam.

The joint venture is to be named “IRES Global Pte Ltd”. WINN and AES hold an equal share of equity participation.
